I was on the fwy and a car cut me off. I swerved and ended up hitting the center divider. My car is a total loss and the other guy drove away and probably doesnt even know what happened. I had to go to ER, get surgery and stay in the hospital for days. Now my insurance is saying the policy says that it only covers if im in an AUTO accident. I didnt hit another car, but it caused me to be in an accident. I don;t get it , I;m in an auto, isn;t that an AUTO accident?? Any advise please. ALso they havent even taken my statement yet ..

IF my parents put me on their AUTO insurance plan would they..?
Would they have to pay money in advance for putting me on THEIR plan? Or would i be good on paying for stuff for like 6 months?
Registry is going to suspend my lisence for 60 days for 7 surchargeable offenses. What about my AUTO loan?
Assuming they will end up canceling my car insurance and therefore I will have problems with the loan I took out on the car… I;m curious to know what one is to do in this situation being from Mass. I also was wondering if I might be able to get a limited use lisence to get me to and from work since I live in the middle of nowhere?
Opinions on Wells Fargo Auto Insurance?
I;ve googled it, and i;m not seeing much reviews for Wells Fargo car insurance.I;m with Progressive right now, and they are not going to reduce my rates for silly reasons. So, while in my bank (Wells Fargo) one of the workers there informed me they offer Auto Insurance. After talking to one of their insurance people and comparing rates, I can save $60 a month if i go with Wells Fargo Insurance. I get everything i was getting with progressive, just for a cheaper price if i go with Wells Fargo.Thing is, i have a love/hate relationship with Wells Fargo and wanted to check with other people who had AUTO insurance with them and if they are satisfied with it.Did they take care of you if you were in an accident and such. Please let me know! THank you!
