My pregnant daughter in law her visa expired LAST june how can i help her?

she came here at 14 on travel visa with family married my son while visa still valid (2ys ago) she is now pregnant and while trying to help her get insurance we realized it expired last june -she is now 20 yrs old married and high school grad here…cant she stay and get valid papers? also she scared lives in arizona maricopa county sherriff joe arpio territory hes out for the immigrants HELP

    I think your son can just apply for a green card for her and she can become a legal permanent resident. She should NOT have to return to her home country to wait for the green card though. Usually if she entered here legally they just have to do an "adjustment of status", there is a form for that [I-485 I think?] that they will need to fill out along with the green card stuff. It is not that hard to get her legal because she was here legally to begin with and is married, her situation is not the same as someone who entered here illegally and never had any visa [those people do usually need ot leave, she should not unless there;s some weird problem]. Your son is a US citizen though right? Personally I think you should get an immigration attorney to help you. Its not super complicated but also not a process you want to mess up on accidentally? You can get info on USCIS website and tips online but probably best to get some real life advice from a professional too.

    If she is married to a US citizen then you can file for citizenship for her that way and you could try to get a temporary work visa. Contact an immigration lawyer to get the necessary processes started.

    ur daughter in law is here illegally. seems like she came here on a tour only but just stay and never went back home then met ur son and married him.first, ur son will need to file a spouse visa for her but she needs to go back to her country and wait for the embassy to contact her. there;s a process she has to do such as interview and all. if u wait until she gets deported, she will be banned from the country and either ur son goes there to live with her in her country or no can do. simple as that. do it legal.
